For seven years of Pochta Bank’s existence, the bank was perceived as one exclusively for pensioners. One of the goals was to target a younger audience while keeping the actor Sergey Garmash as the brand voice.

As a result of the campaign, the number of loans by the age group 21-35 has spiked, giving the bank a more youthful image.
